-My topic is Jazz dance...

-Because I'm interested in history of jazz dance and I want to find out how they come from...

1.The name of encyclopedia is Billie Mahoney. Volume number is 5. The book that I read was telling me everything that I never know before. From the first time that I read, I felt like I need to research and find out everything in this book. It is not just only Jazz dance that tell you in this book, but it is also Hip-Hop, Ballet egt.

Jazz dance

American jazz dance is a style of dancing derived from many cultures around the world in the twenith century. Jazz dancers use various movements with their bodies to express their indivuality. Unlike many other dance styles, jazz is a lot more loose and open for people to express themselves. Many different popular dance types in the twentith century helped bring forth jazz dance to the mainstream. Dancers such as Katherine Dunham , Jerome Robbins and Jon Gregory had major impacts on how Jazz dance in veiwed today. Through musical numbers such as Jerome Ribbons, Westside Story, people were able to see Jazz dance at its best. By the 1960's Robbion's choregraphy made a hudge impact on the united states dance scene. More and more teachers were brought in to spread the jazz style around; causing almost every studio in the United Sates to have a jazz class today.

3.Ompare and contrast. General Encyclopedia and Subject Encyclopedia. First, General encyclopedia there are a lot of information almost every majors or everything, but inside the book there are only have just some main information or main idea. But, Subject Encyclopedia they gives us much more information and clearly than genelral encyclopedia. There are a lot of details to support main idea in General Encyclopedia. Those are differences between General and Subject Encyclopedia.

Gay-bashings in Seattle

Since last month untill now, seven of gays have been getting hurt by people who are hate gay. Including, Lesbian who is female that like female, Gay who is male that like male, Bisexual is't can be male or female that like both sexuals, and Transgender who is already changed thier own sex. Gay-bashers are people who hate gays and like beat gays up. It were happened on Capitol Hill one time, Beltown and couple of places. Gays got beaten up by men group, it always happen after midnight, or after people got drunk some was walking home, some was standing out side building. Acording to gay-bashing it not just happened since last month, but it has been attack from 2000 till now. Not only in Seattle but also out side the city, which mean it could be everywhere.

HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF

-Call the police is the first importand way to do, but it is not fair for you, because you already got hurt.

-Other way to protect yourself before it happen is be away from them, if you see someone talking mean to you just walk away from he or them. Don't go out ( drak place) at night alone, try to walk in the light place with somebody.

Opinion

After I read this article I felt so bad, because I don't understand why people are so stupid by hurting each other! we are human!!! Gays have thier own world we have a different world. Other important thing is people shouldn't walking around after mindnight it is a dangerous time, or if you see a lot of man and they seem very drunk you should walk away from them.

The story is about a little female bird turning to 13 years old. They parents want her to have a husband. Becouse it is time for her to have her own family and finding food by herseft. But here a thing she doesn't have a boyfriend. She has one older brother and one younger brother. Everyone in her family is looking for a husband for her. Her brothers try to teach her how to be a good wife.
She never go to school, becouse her family think that girl shouldn't go school, who are go to school they all angry. Then she heard that they found a husband for her, it made her sad.
The story is sound hasppiness, but there is a lot of broblems going on. I will tell you guys later.

Opinion
I really enjoy reading this book becouse I read one sentence that in touch me is" There is sure to be something wrong with anyone who agrees to marry you!" Isn't it funny? I'm looking forward to read the less of the book.

At 25, Care Bears get a new attitude.
The care bear turned 25 last September and they are very influential. Young adults from ages 18-25 have watched and learned from the care bears to become more positive and accepting says the Pew Research Center.
These teddy bears have always come in one color: brown. These bears today are more colorful. Examples would be for lucky bear is a four-leaf clover Good Luck, a heart for Tender heart, and a rainbow for Cheer. For some 6 year old's these bears maybe too flashy.
The new addition to the care bears on TV last September with defined gender clues, improved cuteness and large heads. There clearly aren't you're mother's care bears anymore they've changed over the years. They're more in tune with the contemporary world today.

Personal Response
In my opinion, I think Bears are so cute, and I want to have one. This news paper helped me a lot to understand about the cutie bears. I never know before that bears can have a lot of color.

Hey, my name is Sugus! My real name is Chayapat Disaro, but my nickname is Sugus because I'm named after a candy from Thailand, which is where I'm from! People who had tried me ( I mean the candy haha:P) they all told me that " you are so sweet ,sour and spicy Sugus!" Really? ANd you gotta try me. Nobody here calls me Chayapat. I'm friendly, nice and yet sweet. I live on the hill in Seattle, which is very close to my school. I dance, mostly hip-hop and pop-jazz. I'm taking jazz dance class in this quater, which is very very fun!!! " I love it " I used to teach dance in Thailand , I uesd to teach hip-hop and jazz. I also sing, I went to music school about 1 or 2 years ago. My major in school uesd to be singing. I studued classical and opera music. By that time i did not really like it, but i wanted to be a good pop singer. My parent always support me, they love music and my mom loves to sing so muchhhh!!!! And she expect me to sing when I get back home. I love cooking Thai food for my friends. I have a good friends. I'm nice, caring and sweet. I go to the gym often. FUn VISiting my Blog GUYs!!!
